Products & Services

Broken Chorus offers creative and strategic services, including but not limited to:
brand strategy, identity design, web design and development, content systems, digital growth consulting, paid media strategy, analytics oversight, and related creative or advisory work.

The exact scope of any service engagement will be defined in a project proposal, statement of work (“SOW”), or written agreement approved by all parties before work begins.

All deliverables are provided in digital form unless explicitly stated otherwise.

What you cannot do

When accessing or engaging with our Services, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce or repurpose creative concepts or strategy frameworks outside the agreed-upon usage rights.

  • Misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

  • Use our materials, branding, or content in a way that suggests false association or endorsement.

Clients are granted usage rights to deliverables upon full payment, as described in their specific agreement. All unused creative explorations, drafts, or unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Broken Chorus.

Security & Payments

Broken Chorus uses secure third-party payment processors and industry-standard encryption to protect client data.

Invoices, deposits, timelines, and payment terms will be clearly outlined in each project agreement. Work may pause or be delayed if payments are overdue.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services for nonpayment, misuse of deliverables, or violation of these Terms.

Any data collected is used to improve our Services, communicate with clients, and understand how users interact with our website.

By using our website or Services, you consent to the collection and use of data according to our Privacy Policy (provided separately).

Support

Support, revisions, and ongoing communication are defined by the scope of each project agreement.

Outside of defined project timelines or retainers, additional work may require a new agreement or expanded scope.

We strive to respond promptly and maintain clear communication, but response times may vary based on workload, time zone, or project phase.

Intellectual Property

Broken Chorus retains ownership of:

  • All original source files, working files, and internal methodologies

  • All unused concepts, sketches, drafts, and creative explorations

  • All strategy frameworks and proprietary processes

Clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables as outlined in their agreement (e.g., usage rights, licenses, commercial rights). No rights are granted until full payment is made.

Cancellations & Termination

Clients may pause or cancel an engagement according to the terms outlined in their specific contract. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable.

Broken Chorus may terminate an engagement if a client violates these Terms, engages in harmful behavior, or fails to meet payment obligations.
